We founded our company in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 2006 with the belief that everyone has a powerful message worth telling and that everyone has the power to persuade-whether among colleagues, customers, or the media. 

Our mission is to help you learn the tools necessary to handle communications before, during and after a crisis to minimize the impact to you or your organization's reputation.

Our team was founded by Sheila Hyland, a former Pittsburgh news anchor and the late Debbie Foster, a veteran Fortune 500 corporate spokesperson with broad international experience.
